cps will not/has not been involved, and the parents do not clean.
the child has one cat, and the mother is recently injured and in the hospital.
there is a GFM for cleaning supplies, and the two kids are cleaning while mom is away.

This is so hard to watch I once lived in a roach infested hotel after being homeless no matter how clean I kept it or no matter how many containers I had for things roaches would still be in everything even little ones since neighbors had their own living conditions once they would usually be kicked out they would come to my room I’m so glad to not be living there anymore it gave my ptsd when I would see black specks anywhere I would think it’s a roach for months after leaving that place

I helped a friend who worked at an appliance store deliver a fridge to a house when I was in high school. The house was almost as bad as this. When we removed the old fridge, roaches poured out of it. It’s like they weren’t even scared. I’ve never felt as grossed out as when I was there and after I left. I was actually scared I might take some home with me.

I grew up like this. It really, really sucks. The apartment I live in has roaches, and it’s made me severely depressed. I used to love cooking but only do it once every couple of months. Soon, I will be somewhere roaches free, and im so excited

I had roaches like that growing up. Had one crawl in my ear canal once. Finally got sick of their shit. Went online bought some Advion gel bait, a tank sprayer, professional bug spray, and roach hotels and went to work. A few months later it was hard to find a single roach. I was 16 and spent $100 of my $160 Bojangles paycheck just to kill some fucking German cockroaches. Hate the bastards and when I see one anywhere it’s always on sight.

If you live in a high rise rental then cockroaches are common. Once they get in they are hard to get rid of.
The cockroaches you see are just the tip of the iceberg.
I laid glue traps, gel and borax cleaned up nasty spots and they get back to the same spot a week later. Had professional pest control in, it’s only been a day but there are still.some around.
Where did they come from ? From another unit through the drains in the bathroom and kitchen.
